Phi Kappa Psi Penn Beta was born on May 8th, 1855 by group of gentlemen who wanted to bring an organization rooted in "The Great Joy of Serving Others" to Allegheny College. This chapter is one of the oldest Phi Kappa Psi chapters, and it prides itself in its molding of young men into upstanding, well-educated members of society.
Today, over 160 years later, the Allegheny Chapter of Phi Kappa Psi is the longest-standing fraternity in Greek Life history without any suspension or loss of charter. We plan to keep that track record by recruiting well-rounded men with strong character into our brotherhood.
Several of our Brothers are earning their ranks in Tang Soo Do offered at Allegheny
