Our Chapter is committed to helping our community through both fundraisers for various charities, as well as acts of service for local organizations.
Our Chapter fundraises for a variety of charities. We do this on our own, or we partner with other organizations on campus, like our most recent partnership with the Allegheny Volleyball Club to raise money for the Susan G. Comen foundation for Breast Cancer.
In addition to fundraising, our chapter finds it important to get out in the community and help. That is why we participate in every Service Saturday Allegheny College organizes, as well as others like the French Creek Clean Up effort and the Walk for Domestic Violence Awareness.
The Hunter Brooks Watson Memorial Fund, also known as Hunter's Fund, was founded in honor of Hunter, a Brother of Phi Kappa Psi whose life was tragically cut short in a car accident.
Hunter's Fund works to raise awareness about distracted driving and promote the safety of young drivers on the road.
